Filet mignon 7 ounces with fries and sauted mushrooms for me and côte de boeuf au jus with baked potato and sauted mushrooms. For entree a cesar salad. Meat was tender and delicious. Whole dishes were fantastic

We had a truly wonderful experience at the KEG and with our waiter Jeremy if I recall correctly but if I am mistaken on the name my apologies. Our waiter came at the right moments was courteous, accommodating and had just the right recommendations. We are as a group very happy with the service start to end.

The Keg always delivers. Celebrating my sister in law's birthday, it's a go to for us. Food was great, as always. Staff super pleasant and accommodating. Just an overall great time.

Disappointed in our experience. We were 3 seated at a table for two so crowded. The server was courteous but passed off as being insincere. She was present when we didn't need her and not there when we did. Food was adequate. Appetizers were all disappointing (onion soup, brie and bacon wrapped scallops where the bacon was undercooked). Mains were ok with the roast beef being the best choice. Server did not offer coffee. It was an unmemorable dinner in comparison with our last experience where everything was exceptional. Maybe it was an off night......

We sat on the bar side. Our reservation was running late. The manager was super friendly and apologized and said that she was sending over a calamari for the table classy move We ordered rib steaks and each one was cooked to perfection. I personally think these are some of the best steaks in the city. Forget the price which is exceptional. I will say throughout the evening we were very fortunate in having our server T. This was the 2nd time. She remembered things discussed some time ago. Friendly and professional was an understatement. She was determined in making sure that our group had a great evening which we did. A huge shout out to her for Service over and above the call of duty

Have been going to the keg for many many occasions throughout the years. It has been our go-to date night spot as well. And every single time, the quality and consistency of the steaks have always been top notch. Never have been disappointed with their food.

We booked The Keg, in October, to celebrate our wedding anniversary Arrived, and were seated to our booth. in a nice area. We were attended to right away, served our drinks, and appetizers arrived soon after. Our table attendant, Kellie, was friendly, courteous and attentive, the servings were well spaced, the food was excellent, and portions were adequate. Over the years, we have frequented several KEG restaurants that were available to places we visited, Vancouver, two in Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Old Montreal, even in Tempe, Arizona, USA, and of course Pointe Claire, which is not far from home. Always, received good service, and good food. A restaurant chain worth recommending. Special thanks to Marina Sideris, Manager of customer service, in Pointe Claire, who looked after us, for our anniversary. She made that evening an exceptionally memorable evening. Overall great experience at the Keg. The staff worked together to do their possible and get us a lovely table. The service we received from our waiter Jeremy was fantastic! The food was delicious and it was served hot. We really enjoyed the meal and we will be back again soon!

We were fortunate to have a booth in the lounge bar this evening. Everything was a wonderful experience from the Incredible Filet Mignon with Lobster tail cooked to perfection To our lovely server Charly, who served us with such grace and charming laughter.

The Keg used to be a 5 stars experience, but yesterday night was only a 3 one. Table was not ready, despite us arriving on time. The food took 1:15 to be ready. We wanted a dessert and the waiter gave us the bill without even asking or allowing us to ask. If they wanted to get rid of us after 2 hours, they should have not taken so long with the food. When I booked I wrote down I wanted a dessert with a candle for my kid, as it was his birthday, but it was not possible there! Food and drinks were still great! Only not impressed with the experience!

I am very disappoint the steak was dry ! 3 meal on 4 was steak and they are all dry and no tasteful . And the service took over 1hour 15 to get the dish :( Not recommended we are going to change steak house for shure . The waiter was really nice the only good thing . For the price we paid .

As per my request we were seated by the fireplace in the dining area at 5:30. Unfortunately I by the time we found out the fireplace was not working we had already started ordering & one of our guests who had a mobility issue did not want to move. It was my husband's birthday & our party of 4 were seated at a table better suited to 2 people. Everyone had drinks, appetizers, etc. My husband ordered the prime rib dinner & didn't tell me until we got home it was disappointing. The rest of the food was good. The waiter was very good, especially at removing dishes, glasses, etc. that were not needed. I would not choose this restaurant again for dinner.

Food was good as always but service was extremely slow and inattentive. Ordered a dish which never came and later discovered it was out of stock during our meal. The substituted item should have been competed but was not. Would recommend another keg.

A l arrivée nous avons bien été acceuilli mais que dire de l hôtesse qui guide les gens à leur table. Extrêmement désagréable voir impoli. Quelqu'un devrait lui dire d être polie et souriante. Une chance que Roxane notre serveuse a récupéré avec son sourire et excellent service. Toutefois au nous avons été très déçus de la qualité de la nourriture et les repas n ont pas été servi tous en même temps. Groupe de 6 et quelques personnes ont été servi 10-15 min plus tard que les premiers.
