Awful customer service! I ordered/paid for a snowblower online and received confirmation that Rona had received and I should pick-up. I made arrangements to get a vehicle large enough to transport a large heavy crate. When I arrived at Rona they said they have no snowblower! Claimed it was a 'mistake'.
They offered no apology.
What a crappy corporation!

Incredibly rude staff, I tried to return something without a receipt which I left at home. They offer me $20 less of what i paid on a gift card. Didn't even bother to look up my credit card history if I did this at home depot, it would not have been a problem at all.

I bought more items last Monday and I had 1 roll of joist waterproofing tape unused (more or less 20$). By mistake my receipt was sent to the recycling bin. I brought it back today and since my receipt was gone I asked for a store credit (gift card). The manager refused and said to me that only contractors may obtain a credit without receipt. I was extremely surprised and he said that it is a new store policy. I asked if he informs the customers and where is that new policy written. He pointed to the wall. It’s clearly not indicated on that sign that only contractors without receipt may obtain a store credit. There is a reason for a 3.7 stars rating and in my opinion it’s over rated

At home Depot they have products and the staff is nice.

Stood there for 45 mins waiting for someone to help with paint. After 3 announcements the person responsible did not bother to show. Had to leave wasting 44 mins. They should just close the paint section if u cannot provide help.

No service - employees are hiding. When you find one, he is not able to respond because it is not his radius, tells you that he will send you someone but no one comes. Last time I come here

Horrible service and incompetent staff!!! Big signs with promo prices are displayed throughout the store but when you get to the cash register, they are not the same prices. I wanted to purchase something today that was advertised at a lower price, but after arguing with 4 staff ( that knew nothing about anything in that store), walking through the store to "prove" their price is wrong, and 20 min later, I got nowhere. They would not abide to the qc consumer law because the advertised, displayed lower price was "expired" 10 days ago!!! Yet the signs are still on the shelves... I gave up and left without the product! I'll never step into this store again!

Atrocious customer service. Went to pick up an online order that was "ready for pickup"... only one person working both returns and the customer service desks, and then they had to call someone else to the desk and send him away to find my "ready" order . Took nearly 20 minutes. Then went to buy an article in store, couldn't find it and asked for help, no employee could find it either even though I pulled it up on my phone and many were supposedly in stock. Another 20 minutes wasted. Never again. No one working there has any clue.

Will be shifting my materials purchasing to Home Depot. Poor service at the ProDesk. Always waiting. No 2 x 4's after I spoke to the manager. I buy around 20-30k per month with 3 employees. No time to waste
