I went to buy a gift and the woker was extremely rude and never seemed to wanna help ive been multiple times and everytime its the bigger blond girl she seems to be bothered and annoyed of me asking for any help, this is very disapointing seeimg how amazing theyre products are but staff seem to be flat out disrespectful.

Everyone who works here is super friendly and knows their smoking accessories. They are all eager to help to make sure you find exactly what you need. They even remember you personally! There's something for everyone here and is never too busy so its perfect for a quick in and out or a longer walkthrough of the whole store. Either way, you won't leave empty handed!
