I am writting this review while I've been waiting for 30 minutes on the phone for a simple FAQS n#.... Just have the n# written on your google page or give it to the caissier so he/she dosen't have to transfert to the lab. This is ridiculous, loosing people time

I received a new medication few days ago without information ( no paper with the usual information ,side effect , what to do if you forget a dose, etc)Today i needed to contact them about a specific information. The pharmacy department told me that i cannot get any information cause the pharmacist must serve people in the pharmacy and not over the phone as he is too busy. What ?Calling other pharmacy an they cannot tell me anything as it is not there that i received my prescription.I do not recommand this specific pharmacy for any prescription as this is not the first time they forget to inform me or an other family member about medications. This is not safe.

The trick to getting out of there quickly is having your doctor fax in prescriptions, checking that they’ve been processed online (ask for your code), and requesting refills online for next day pick up.I always appreciate Hany Ibrahim (pharmacist, usually evenings) for his friendly, positive attitude and good advice. He really cares.

Best Pharmaprix I’ve ever been to. Friendliest customer service and team. Especially in the lab- definitely couldn’t get better service elsewhere. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Bravo Pharmaprix pointe Claire ??

Often have mistakes done or no follow up as promised. First I had a prescription prepared when I strictly had an inquiry and specified do not prepare2) I asked two times to have doctor faxed and was not done . I was told it must have been too busy3) in November a pharmacy rep was quite rude and said oh we do not leave pharmacy extension on the voicemail then everyone would call us we are very busyI feel these comments are a great way to coach your Team for future customer experienceThank you

Based on what I was told by my doctor's office, I thought it was standard practice for pharmacy teams to request simple prescription renewals by fax. A few years ago, I had to keep calling to ensure they'd fax my doctor. I tried again this year, but it still hasn't been renewed according to the online portal. So I've decided to transfer my file to a pharmacy that faxes doctors for prescription renewals.

Ive literally never had a more rude and awful experience than I just did at this store. I was not told what I was purchasing could not be refunded, so when I did try to refund it they were incredibly rude. An employee at another store told me they always tell customers that once this package is opened, it cannot be returned. So, at this store, no one informed me of that. When I spoke to the manager, I was berated and talked down to because of something I did not know. I Will never return to this store. I tried to file a complaint and no one cared. I don’t even want the refund anymore I just wanted to be treated with respect and decency.
