Young lady at the front cashier working on 10/28/2024 at around 3:50pm does not know how to provide customer service. There is no eye-contact nor manner of servicing customer. She doesn’t look happy working there. She should not been a cashier because it is ruining customer experience for Pharmaprix. It is either she needs to be trained or being disqualified of her working position. She doesn’t have any added value to the business.

Service is way too slow . Simple as that . I switched to another pharmacy for a reason . New place takes 3 mins to get my meds . Not even a call in advance

DENIED A SERVICE DOG AND BELITTLED HIM IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS
I am truly disgusted. First, the manager denied entry to a service dog, even after the customer provided valid evidence. The customer had to leave the pharmacy, feeling completely invalidated. Second, the pharmacist was openly mumbling in front of other customers about how the person, who requires a service dog for medical reasons, had a ‘bad attitude.’ This was extremely unprofessional and invalidating.
As a result, I will be switching to Jean Coutu and will never have to experience such disrespect and invalidation again, nor witness it. That poor boy—I can’t imagine how he must have felt, being forced to leave after feeling unwelcome.
This incident occurred between 7 and 8 PM on Friday the 13th. If you’re planning to visit, I recommend avoiding these times in hopes of encountering a more compassionate team. Watching such hurtful behavior gave me a panic attack. We’re all human, aren’t we? Please reflect on this and train your staff better—this behavior does not represent your establishment well at all.

I do not recommend for strep testing. Made an appointment in the morning and when I arrived at 2PM the nurse had left for the day. Now struggling to find another appointment elsewhere.

Pharmacies their staff is very friendly and helpful.The staff always have a smile on their face.
The pharmacists there are very friendly and helpful , no matter what age you are.( the one at Fairview Shopping center)

Do not go for nursing care at this pharmaprix. Very bad experience. I went for an ear wash and the nurse didn't do anything and she pushed the wax all the way down were the doctor's words I had a headache, my eyes hurt and I I had a lot of inflammation in my ear and it hurts. This isn't the first time I've gone for an ear wash and all the others were good. Here I entered well and exited in a bad state. Plus we pay. She did nothing and pushed the wax: words from an emergency doctor. I just spoke with the manager, they refunded the money, probably because they don't want any more problems. It's terrible, I hope to recover soon otherwise I will file a complaint.
