Very disastrous experience with disrespectful staff at the Grégoire Arakelian pharmacy. Despite my visit around 5 p.m. to collect medication, I was asked to wait for a text to be served. After more than an hour of waiting with no news, I discovered that the store was closed. The lady in charge didn't even bother to text me. Worse yet, she blamed me for not arriving sooner, even though she had explicitly told me to wait for their text. Additionally, the closing time was not clearly displayed. Very disappointed with their service.

Terrible experience today! I was there to renew my medication at 1pm and was told to come back after 30m. I went to shopping and back to the counter at 1:30. The casher said it’s not ready yet. I was waiting just in front and asked her to check it out again after another 20+ minutes. She came back and said that my order was only sent at 1:30 according to the paper printed. I said I don’t know what’s wrong but I did order at 1:00! The tall guy who was in charge didn’t take one second to listen, just shouted at me arrogantly. I could understand if someone mistakenly forgot to put my order in at the first time but can’t accept the bad attitude like that. I will never go back again!!!
