UNTRUSTWORTHY.On December 1st I had an appointment for an oil change and a wheel alignment. I was informed when I arrived at the appointment that they would have to verify the cause of the wheels needing to be aligned as other repairs might be necessary. They had my car for an hour, I returned to pick up my car and they informed me that the ball joints needed to be replaced plus the wheel alignment - this would require 3 hours of work and I was quoted a TOTAL cost of 510$.The replacement and alignment was booked for December 11, after dropping off my car I received a call from the mechanic to ask if I had received a quote for the work they were doing as they did not see it on my file. I said yes, I was quoted around 500$ for the work. I was then told that a mistake had been made, and that since my car was a GT different, more expensive parts were needed and that this was going to cost me 855$.How, after having my car for an hour the week prior, during which they were supposed to verify the cause of the misalignment and the work that needed to be done, could they not have realized WHAT PARTS THEY NEEDED???I absolutely felt trapped and the level of misinformation is incredibly unprofessional. Now I'm out 350$ extra before the holidays.

What a bunch of scammers. The short guy with no hair can't keep a story straight for more than 1 day. Lying through his teeth while my car was in the shop for 4 days. Not trustworthy at all!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my car here as an emergency and they repaired 3 axels in which had been bent after an accident. However, after all was done I drove off and noticed a heavy vibration coming from the back wheel that wasn't present before I brought in my car. I went back and asked what it was and they said it was an old wheel barring that had already been like that when they brought it in. regardless of that, I asked the mechanic if it was safe to drive multiple times, and they assured me it was. They advised me to "get it done sooner than late" so I planned the repair for the next week. Come the following day and I'm driving on the highway and the back wheel gets so bad that the car starts swerving on the road and becoming a hazard. I ended up having to tow my car to the nearest mechanic for the repair which cost me an extra 1000$ including the towing. If the mechanic had advised me of the severity of the issue, this never would have happened, hence my 2 star reviewService: Tires

I go here since new owners took over from Atlas. Will be my go to. Hey, you have to trust someone with your car and I don't trust dealerships but I would for these guys.
