The Worst after sale customer service experience!
I bought a dining table for almost $2,000, and after just three months, it’s already discolored. It’s so frustrating to spend that much on something that doesn’t even last for few month!
When I called customer service, they said they’d replace it, but they were out of stock. After a month of waiting, they finally called to set up a delivery. But when the new table arrived, it was already damage! The delivery team opened the box, saw the damage, and only brought the top—no base!
I called again since nobody followed up after three days. They gave me another delivery date for a week later, but guess what? The table came damaged again!
Now it’s been a week of me talking to the manager, and I’ve been passed around between the after-sales and delivery teams. No one has given me an update or followed up on the mess!
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.

On my way home decided to stop at Mobilia because i was looking for a coffee table. Also ended up buying a new couch. We were served by Sylvia who was a pleasure. She was patient and pleasant and took the time to answer all the questions we had. She went way over what is expected from a salesperson.
She reassured us that we could call her directly if there were any issues. Thank you Sylvia you made furniture shopping easy.

Disappointed with my product since I unboxed a chair that already has defect. I see that the material is made out of poor quality as it is paper thin.

The negligence of Mobilia Pointe-Claire branch delivery staff damaged our ceramic tiles, and two years later, we are still waiting for a resolution. Despite repeated complaints, the store managers lack of response over the past two years regarding the damage to our ceramic tiles is unacceptable. We’re extremely disappointed and expect better service to retain your customers. Please improve your efficiency towards customer satisfaction.

Worst customer services ever !They mention 3 days after you pay to be able to return something and most of the stuff are back order!I have putted 1k as a deposit! And I can even get it back! WOW ! Mine as well you should put this money to invest in your customer service !As for the customer services the seller there she was really nice other then that NEVER GOING AGAIN TO MOBILIA !!

You have to be very patient for delivery. No call to advise or follow-up regarding receipt of furniture. We have to call them several times to get information. Very poor customer service, shows no interest in the customer.

Bought this chair that’s tearing in multiple spots 1 month ago and Mobilia says it’s my fault and won’t do anything to replace it. Steer clear, very poor quaility. Stay with Ikea

Very poor or non-existent service, I do not recommend this store, I received a defective sofa, after several calls and several broken promises, I let go, next step small claims.
3 weeks later, the saga continues, no service, no refund...A store to avoid at all costs
