Today I went to the store with my 8 month old twins. Not only did I receive exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations, but the team took the time to personalize my samples to allow me to experience a moment of relaxation as a new mother. I was very touched by this attention. I can't wait to try the products. Thanks to the whole team.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Meghan and Abissha for their outstanding customer service during my recent visit to Lush. Initially, I had a specific product in mind, but Abissha went above and beyond to assist me, and Meghan's extensive product knowledge further captivated my interest.
I'm genuinely impressed with the warm welcome I received and the incredible patience and kindness shown to me, especially given that I tend to speak quickly and can easily feel overwhelmed. Meghan and Abissha's calm demeanor and professionalism were truly commendable.
My visit to Lush was already something I was eagerly anticipating, particularly upon learning about the brand's support for the Palestinian cause. However, thanks to Meghan and Abissha, Lush has now become my ultimate go-to place. I am sincerely grateful to both Lush and its exceptional employees for making my experience so memorable.
I can't wait to try the products recommended by Meghan and Abissha. Knowing that a brand like Lush openly supports Palestinians, which is close to my heart, makes a significant impact on people's lives, including mine. Thank you once again for this meaningful support.

The kids who run this show are absolutely amazing. They always make me feel like a special customer and their kindness to my poor husband and son who are always grabbing my goodies for me to s amazing. They turned my husband into a bonafide Lushie! The employees here went above and beyond with helping my wife in everything she was looking for not to mention they were all incredibly helpful and seemed to enjoy working for LushThe location isn’t the largest I’ve seen but they seemed to have on hand everything my wife asked for, even some of the older Lush products.Also want to mention just how amazing this places smells.
