Great service! Armin is a wonderful person who takes his time helping the client and he was especially great with my son. I will definitely be going back to shop at this store. They have a great selection and if they don’t have your size they will order it for you.

Wow, what good service! Often, today, sales people pay no attention to you, however, at Little Burgandy the sales people are obviously interested in giving service. One name that stands out is Stacy, going out of her way to get me what I needed and wanted. A very encouraging experience.

Okay, I have lost a lot of my personal time, no one looks at the solutions and is trying to help. I placed an order in store and they sent me the incorrect size. Called in, asked them to please order the correct size to your store, so that I can come and exchange at the same time without waiting again and risking receiving the wrong size again. All I hear is no… I have to come to store, they will order it again, no guarantees I am going to receive the correct size… I even offered to make an order and pay for a new pair and then come to pick them up and leave the wrong ones, and I hear no again…. 0 effort to help though the mistake is on their end…

Employees ignoring me standing at the cash??? I just wanted to order a shoe, and I had to ask several questions since they didn't care explain to me what I can expect for in-store orders. Didn't look at me while talking to me, significantly misspelled my first and last name on the order even though I spelled it out three times (and it's a very simple name) - maybe they couldn't hear me over the noisy music?? After 10 days, I didnt receive a call and went in to ask where it was. Turns out they had it already, just didn't call. I opened the box to check on my new pair, and it was arranged weirdly/suspiciously. The shoe arranged on the bottom was dirtied to being a whole shade darker/yellower than the other foot. I asked to order a replacement and it was sold out by that time. Lol

Very bad customer service, I went today with my husband around 2pm, it was calm and empty, the guy working saw us, didn’t great us nor moved and kept chatting with obviously a friend of his.we kept waiting then we left.
