Really bad customer service here. First, their reps walk around stalking you in every section. At times, I feel like I am a thief trying to steal something instead of a customer just trying to walk around and browse. Second, I had a bad experience returning a pair of glasses I had purchased just the day before - when I had purchased them, they didn't have a tag on them and were sold to me with the barcode. When I went to return them the next day with the receipt and all, it took 30 minutes and 2 rounds of colleagues and manager to be able to return (all while the lady at the desk kept looking at me suspiciously). They really need to train their staff on customer service.

I received excellent service in the house department from Ms. Aminee. Also, I thank the department manager Lise-Anne for your kindness. A very nice store with excellent customer service.

Alisha at the twik area was incredibly helpful and so kind!! She helped me put on a corset correctly after I was having issues with putting it on, which I promptly purchased after having it put on!! Incredible service!! I'll be shopping at Simon's much more after this experience.

Tried returning an item here that I had bought from this store. I followed return policy, less than 30 days. Tag was on skirt was in perfect condition. Was told the skirt was worn because the PAPER tag was bent after i tried it on at home. Deena and Bridgette were the rudest employees. Accusing me of wearing the item and carefully putting the tag back on. Never shopping here again! Cancelling my “loyalty card” as well. First and last time I shop here.

Nice clean spot. There’s a wide variety of clothing and there’s okay customer service but you will have to search for people that work there.
