Very nice store with a calming and welcoming atmosphere. I always enjoy the aesthetic and the overall vibe while shopping there. However, it can sometimes be hard to find things around the store, and I’ve noticed that the staff often don’t seem very knowledgeable about where the items are. A bit more organization and training could make the shopping experience even better.

Bad service from racist blonde lady at one of the check outs. I simply wanted to return something and it was taking some time to load on my phone and she tells me to leave and come back? It ended up working after she scanned the second time. Have some patience...

They tailor fast! They did pants within an hour and tailored the suit within 2 days! The laval one uses 2 weeks to tailor.
