I have been a customer for over 17 years and today I have the worst customer experience in a very long time. We bought a pair of boots, when we got home, we realized it was the wrong size. We went back to just change the size and was received with an aggressive and defensive attitude. Inferring the boots had been worn (2 sized too big. Not sure how). The manager was even worse. I asked for the lady to be called out on her attitude and he raised his voice, told me the cashier was OK and whether or not I wanted to exchange the boots. Not sure how the store hires people like that. A good customer service training will really help. After the manager making it way to hard to exchange it and his low demeanor, we decided to just return them as we don't need to be treated that way. A simple exchange turned into a real nasty experience. We like their products and the people helping within the store, just paying is too painful so next time will try another branch.

I called to check if there were any boots I wanted in stock and the person on the phone was really stupid for no reason, not even sure they looked at the speed it took to check.

I went to see my same shoes to get the new one boom instant I found it, but the problem is it’s expensive so anyways it’s like expensive but luxury

Big place with lots of stuff, the manager was quick to see me looking and came over to help pick up a pair of work shoes, way better than LaSalle

I used to buy all my clothing here, shoes as well. Used to have great customer service with Caroline, Ziad, ... Sadly, things have changed and not for the better. Things went downhill when Canadian Tire took over.
It's just not the same store anymore. You go in now, no one even greets you, or is even around to help. Prices are out of touch with reality and this simply means I no longer shop there anymore.
Lots of free parking.
Easy to get to, right off of the 40.

Came here to buy a pair of hiking shoes. I called the store a few hours before coming and someone helped me. Everything changed when I arrived. Two employees are sitting behind the cash register having a conversation which can be heard partially from the other side of the store.
I am confused to why they don't have anyone on the floor helping out. I spent 45 minutes and it took 35 min to get someone to actually offer help. Most places I've been too, when they bring you shoes, they stay with you until you are ready to go but apparently they just walk off and when you need help you have to chase them down.
Instead of hiding behind the cash, please walk around the store and help customers. The store was quiet but they felt the need to have two at the cash.
I should also add that the employees hired are young and have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. The only person who knew was a man on the phone.
Overall, my visit was not satisfying at all.

I ordered online for pickup. It took 15 minutes to find my order only to be told that one item of both was unavailable. The cashier didn't understand that 2 for 1 and 1 for 1 were not at all the same deal. In short, I wasted 2 hours of my life going there.

Great deals when there are sales and on the liquidation rack. Helpful salespeople and nice cashiers. Was helped by a really nice young man named Jonah or Noah (sorry). Bought a sturdy pair of winter boots for my son.
