Love the place. Staff are always helpful. Many selections. Though the pricing is almost always better online for the discounts. The renovations and organization of the book sections are much better. They could add more desks, chairs and sofas though, very limited compared to other places. Nonetheless, will always have a place in my heart.

It's turning more into a Japanese style stationary boutique, but there's still plenty of books to browse. The staff is very friendly and helpful, a great place to get sticking stuffers and cute knick knacks.

Lots and lots of choice. There is an elevator to go to the 2nd level. A bit of a wait at the checkouts, there is no ribbon to define where you should wait, so it creates a bit of confusion. There are plenty of staff on the floor to help us.

Great selection of fun home decor, yoga stuff, and clothing. All the great selection of goodies Indigo carries .Clean store ! Great staff members who helped me find my book promptly. The 4 stars is for Starbucks not being in the building anymore .

I had a fantastic experience at Indigo located at 6321 Trans-Canada Hwy, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9R 5A5. The bookstore is a haven for book lovers, and the ambiance is perfect for leisurely browsing. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my visit even more enjoyable. The great selection of books for both adults and kids was impressive. However, it's a bit disappointing that the shop seems to be moving away from its core element, books, as it used to be more book-centric. Nevertheless, whether you're a bookworm or just looking for a cozy place to shop, Indigo is a must-visit for bibliophiles of all ages.

I'm so sad to watch the downfall of Chapters/Indigo. It went from being a cozy, homey bookstore to The Bay, which I don't understand because The Bay is dying. Why would anybody think turning a beloved bookstore into The Bay would be a good idea?It used to have the neatest products, especially for kids (see: Folkmanis puppets), but now? They moved the kids upstairs, super far from the bathrooms and up the escalator, which some kids find terrifying. And why? To make room for the blankets and throws and robes (aka The Bay). And I get it, you got hacked and your website took a while to get back online. But it's literally 8 months later, and we still can't order from it. Fail messages every time. So, like another reviewer said, we tried to call to see if the articles are actually in stock but nobody answers.Chapters used to have joyful, helpful employees who seemed to love their job. What happened? Late stage capitalism happened. What a shame.

Has recently been rearranged and I find it much nicer now. All kids things upstairs. I wish there was still places to sit and read... especially in the kids area. And it really is missing a coffee shop.... Starbucks was the best

I love the variety on these stores... but this one lacks screens to search the location of any item and we spent a lot of time looking for the right section for the book my little one was looking for.

Hopefully you've noticed by now that Indigo is slowly transforming from a book store to a "things you don't need but you'll buy them at an inflated price anyways" store. Don't believe me? Google it! They've changed their business model and books won't be their main attraction. "Chapters" sounds too much like a book, let's change that to Indigo instead. It's totally unfortunate! I've been going there for DECADES but I can't stand the place now. Instead of feeding your curiosity and mind with knowledge, you can buy a pillow and matching coffee cup with your initial on it.

I will always call it CHAPTERS. We need another coffee shop upstairs with Christmas decoration during winter and Halloween decorations during autumn. Please stop making it look all cold modern and ugly like the Indigo in laval.
