Let the buyer beware! We bought an El Ran couch back in 2023. We noticed the arm squeaks , even with just pushing a finger on it. After going back & forth with their customer “service” person , here we are 11 months later & still nothing has been rectified. I was told by customer “service” , it had been fixed after which I sent them a video with audio showing them it hadn’t been. The customer “service “ person, in so much called me a liar! First time buying an El Ran product & never again!

My chair gave up on me after a few months. Paid $2000 and the screws all blew out underneath the rocker. I can't use it anymore. This will be the second time that a repairman has come for problems with broken screws.
You will understand that I did not buy a rocking chair just for decoration.

Following a small problem with our new sofa, El Ran called us back the same day of delivery, to inform us of the delay.
The repairman Carlos did a very nice job, very friendly and very professional. The repair was carried out and nothing appears, very good service! I recommend it!

I had excellent service from El Ran and their very conscientious technician, Carlos.
Bergère purchased in 2001, I had the hinges changed in May 2024 and the seat, in September 2024, I had excellent service!
Many parts have a lifetime warranty, so it's worth calling.

I purchased my Elran sofas 10 years ago. Cushions were not as firm. Got Excellent service! Lady who took my call was friendly & polite. The tech, Patrick, was great! He was friendly, answered my questions and was totally professional! I do NOT Regret buying Elran!!!
