My daughter and I came into the store, looking for back-to-school attire, when we were fortunate enough to be greeted by a delightful employee named Xena. Her patience and keen attention to my daughter's preferences stood out, creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and unhurried—so refreshing compared to many retail experiences today. We not only discovered everything on our list but also stumbled upon some wonderful extras. The entire staff exuded warmth and friendliness, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

FIRE XENA GILL. horrible customer service and the employees will talk badly about you as soon as you leave the store. they used to have amazing kind employees and now i dont know what happened after my horrible experience of the rudest most degrading experience i have ever encountered.

Mitch is one of the nicest people I've ever met, her customer service as a manager is above any manager I've met. Every time I go to Fairview location I'm greeted with a smile and she's very helpful..my teenage daughter bought a Christmas gift for my other daughter but lost receipt but she remembered and let do exchange for proper size..ty, you're the best and I love shopping in your store, highly recommended!!
