I went in for a car seat. I was served by Olivia. Her customer service was exemplary. She knew all the details of every seat, all my questions were answered patiently and she even brought the seat outside to try in my car. I was very impressed!!! Thank you Olivia!!

I went in today to complete my baby registry. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the lady who helped us but we received exceptional service! She was very informative and helpful. We’re so happy with our visit today. Thank you

Besides the fact that their is no staff, omg the bathrooms are DISGUSTING! The smell that hits you when you walk in OMG it’s as if someone urinated all over the floors and walls and hasn’t been cleaned in over a month. It was so bad I had to get my husband to walk in just to experience it lol

AMAZING! I cannot describe how great the service was! Curbside took us literally 3 minutes to load a truck with a crib, mattress, rocking chair and dresser!! They were so helpful on helping us choose what we needed! Olivia the Manager of babies r us helped us feel so much more confident as first time parents! thank you so much for your amazing work, especially during these hard times!

This is not a review for this location, but for the baby registry online. I had no where else to leave this comment so sorry! I have had a horrible time with the baby registry, I have to attempt about 5-10 times to log in, and when I have given my registry number to family members or friends, they aren't able to find it/ have to try several times/ or there is a problem viewing the list. The app won't even let me log in. This is really too bad, because otherwise babies r us is a great company. I would recommend for soon to be parents to register elsewhere.
