So much hassle for one special order. The girl straight up lied to me saying that it couldn’t be delivered to my house (customer service said otherwise). She probably only wanted the commission. Quite unethical to lie. Waited almost two weeks and never got a call to come pick up this special order. Then when I called to cancel the order to have customer service help with the placement, all of a sudden its “oh we can deliver jt to your house”. Sends the wrong size… now I need to submit the return and wait for a replacement

Most of it was sale items. No athletic wear at all. (Other than the sweat suits). The store is relatively small so I was a bit disappointed in the lack of selection. Service was great though

Always a great service at this Aritzia store. Ashley, Chloe and the store manager are more than amazing. With a super personalized service, they always make sure that you are happy with every single detail of your order. Thank you for always making my shopping experience such a wonderful one!

The clothes are great, the materials are good/nice. The collections have beautiful items. However, for Plus Size, it's more difficult to find items that fit. Depending on their collections (Babaton, Wilfred, Tna etc), the sizes are not equivalent. So a 16 in Wilfred does not necessarily equate to a 16 in Babaton. The prices are relatively high too.

Worst customer service. Not even a hello, not even a glance at the checkout. I never make a bad comment about a company, but this was just too intense.

Staff and manager not accommodating at all. I dont understand how this company is still in business. Almost as bad as Zara except more of a rip off. I will shop elsewhere.

went into the Aritzia store yesterday looking for a formal coat and a very nice sales associate helped me. I was with my daughter who's a baby and she can get impatient when sitting in the stroller for a long time without movement... the SA was quick to help and showed me all the options, I tried them on and walked out with a beautiful coat. thank you again for your help, you made my experience enjoyable!
