I had a very bad experience at this store because the cashier lied to my face. Hopefully it's because she was new or ignorant but still obnoxious. When I paid, she asked for my email to send me the invoice, I told her.. ''are you sure it's not to send me letter info?' She assures me no and proceeds to print the invoice for me... I'm like why do you want my email if you print the invoice for me... she doesn't really know what to say. Guess what... even if she told me that e-mail is not for letter information, I started receiving them 2 days later. My bad for giving out my email, I learned my lesson. But the staff should tell the truth or be better trained.

I went with my wife to get 2 jackets recently, the staff there is different than the other stores. Very nice, greeting, smiling and helpful.. it was refreshing as it seems hard these days to find good customer service. Nice experience, keep up!

I went in the same changing room with my friendto try on some dresses when an employee knocked on the door and told us to open, and then she proceeded to ask us why we were two in one cabin continuously in a rude way and how we didn’t see the sign. Then we left silently and continued to look around when we heard her talk about us with the other employees behind our back.
