I initially stopped by to bring in an old necklace that I needed to make alterations to and was pleased by the efficient and expert service. Nice selection of everyday jewellery, very modern and classy. You're not getting brass or copper, these are more elevated pieces from what the lady at the counter explained to me in great detail. If you're looking for quality gold or silver jewelry then definitely check them out because they frequently bring in new stylesService is very welcoming and they know their stuff. Anthea was extremely helpful, she did my first piercings and was super friendly, reassuring me multiple times. The rest of the staff has been just as helpful and friendly for all of my purchases. They always have promotions going on, definitely will be back!!

Always ask if the rings are made of real gold/diamonds. They sell quite a few fake rings even though they look real. The fake gold will wear off in a few months and the ring wont look nice anymore. The diamonds don't wear off, however after consulting a professional jeweler the diamonds are also fake.

My husband bought me an anklet in 10 k gold spent over 300$ and he asked before purchasing if it's to big will they size it they said yes but then when I went yesterday they wanted to charge me 40$ plus tax to do this. What a terrible place. They were supposed to look into this more and call me back whinnin a half hour and they never called me at all. Will never buy from them again . Also they only give exchange s not returns.

I had my 6 year old daughter's ears pierced at Arabella's a week ago now. So far everything is going well and my daughter is very happy ☺️The visit to Arabella's:-No appointment required-We opted for the anesthetic liquid/cream before (allow 30 minutes for the product to take effect)-The buckles are available on site.-Good value for money too.Great experience!A big thank you to Anthea for her patience and gentleness.I recommend!

I showed the person the silver brooch I bought, pointing out its uneven edges and dull finish. Instead of acknowledging the poor craftsmanship of whoever made it, the lady blamed me for it saying it was my fault! Her name is Mona, she's the manager and she's hideous. They have a location in carrefour laval too, stay away!
