Super nice guy! And seems to know his work well being in business over 40 years, But I brought my receiver 3 months ago said he will call me, and never did until I called him., he told me he would get back to me soon. Never heard from him again. I just purchased a new unit.

Quick turn around and Subwoofer is back to doing it's job. Do not be discouraged by presentation of location. Great to deal with and do recommend.
