I really don't recommend buying a gift card at this place. The activation was done poorly and it is HYPER complex to have follow-up from them and Petro Canada customer service to resolve the situation. After a week, the problem is still not resolved.

Nous avons acheté des cartes cadeaux qui n'ont pas été activé par la caissière. Aucun service pour nous aider, on nous envois vers leur service à la clientèle. Le service à la clientèle nous demande de contacter un fournisseur qui lui à son tour, nous demande de contacter Petro-Canada. On se retrouve avec 100$ de perdu et un service médiocre.

The evening employee named Sebastien offers very poor service. Very rude and disrespectful, I ordered $55 worth of items on Uber Eats, tipped the restaurant $2 so that in the end “Sebastien” in question was too lazy or incompetent/poorly trained to replace the items that supposedly had not; such as 3.25% milk as well as 3 other items. He did not contact me for replacement and marked the order as complete with Uber. So I called him afterwards to find out if the delivery man had forgotten to give me a bag when I mentioned the missing items he laughed in my face telling me that it was his fault that 2 of the 4 items he didn't have. hadn't seen it on the order... I, who use Uber/Uber Eats very frequently, know very well that they have the option of replacing the item or marking it as unavailable on their side before finalizing the order and the give to the delivery person. Many thanks for charging me ~$15 for your incompetent mistakes! It’s “just” an hour of work.

And just like that, maybe if people were less focused on their working hours, such mistakes could be avoided.

Always windshield washer fluid available at the pump service, very nice station in general! Always satisfied!!! Very good customer service!!! Thank you!!! ...Much better than Esso opposite ?.....haha

September 11, 2021 (2am)September 21, 2021 (2am)Your employee is sleeping, or dead. Because each time it costs me a pre-authorization of +$70 which remains in my account for 10 days. September 21 (today) no response from employees or even nothing, no one. Even the condom pump, because no one is there to start the pump. I have to go to bed late across the street, after 10-15 minutes of waiting. According to him he sleeps very stiff! Really incompetent!

The lady who works Wednesday morning gets a bad rap. Stupid and has no courtesy. Finished I will refuel elsewhere like Shell or Ultramar. In addition, no paper in the exterior boxes and the window washer fluid was dirty and full of sand. You are really not champions....
