After seeing the excellent storage organization and the place so well-kept I decided to keep the place for at least a year. Not to mention, especially, Martin Roberge's efficient work ethic and superb PR ability. Thank you Martin (Assistant Manager) for your great service.I rented storage for my motorcycle on Clémenceau Street (Quebec City) yesterday with StorageMart. I wanted somewhere safe and convenient for the month of March only. But, when I noticed the ideal location and the excellent organization of the premises, I decided to keep the storage for at least a year. “Service client très décevant.Après m’avoir fait répondu et mis en attente suite à 1 appel téléphonique ,j’ai attendus plus de 33 minutes pour ensuite raccrocher la ligne puisque l’employé clairement m’avait oublié sur la ligne.Cetait l’heure de souper ou l’heure de changer de chiffre d’employé …Bref entrepôt qui ont besoin de se mettre à jour autant au point de vu informatique que immobilier.C’est passer les années 1990 et ont besoin de rafraîchissement côté structuration complète .Bâtiment désuets.Réponse véridique aux yeux de tous.Changer votre façade votre vieille insigne mettez vous à jour sur l’environnement et soyez agréable au quotidien.”
