I won’t ever shop at this location again. I went to order 5 yards of top soil and was told the delivery was $50. When I went to pay at cash, it was $75. I live 1.6kms from the store. It’s one thing to be charged an exorbitant amount for delivery but a completely unacceptable thing to be deceiving or incompetent about it.
And when I challenged the employee about it, the answer was it’s only $25 extra. No, sir, it’s a matter of principle. Needless to say I cancelled the order.

I purchased a toilet tank replacement handle this is morning. When I got home I discovered that it was broken. When I returned it for a refund the manager refused and said that I broke it. This is not true. If this is the way you treat your customers, I will never enter your store again. I will tell anyone I meet the terrible way I was treated.

Very good service! This RONA is independent and the employees have worked there for a long time. They are smiling and offer very good service. I make a detour to go there because this kind of service is rare these days.

My first visit to this store and spoke to 3 employees. All of them were very helpful and all had a beautiful smile. Same with the cashier. This made my day. Will definitely go back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An employee of this store dragged a 24" concrete patio tile along my bumper, absolutely ruining it. The manager (Francis) promised the store would cover the cost of repairs in full, but has since gone back on his word, rudely insisting that I will have to pay for 50%. They are scam artists and absolute criminals, I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
