I have just bought an outdoor wood fireplace (on the exhibition model there was a grill..!) very good, it is what I need. I buy it, I go home my husband mounts it and no grill!!!??????
I return !! at the store the sector manager tells me oh well I had nothing to do with it but this model is not sold with a grill!
Following the misunderstanding I was contacted by Fabien the store manager, who was very understanding and very commercial. Which made me change my mind about the very responsive brand for after-sales customer service. I add stars to this day

It's an alternative to Rona and Home Depo. They carry some different brands... price wise, I never felt an advantage.
