“I had the best service from Thérèse who helped me with the purchase of 3 artificial palm trees. I prior went to 2 other RONA locations and I couldn't find anybody to help me out.
But in Oka, despite being a small franchise, I GOT THE BEST SERVICE THAT I HAD IN YEARS!!!
Spend a bit more of gas and be treated like someone cares... believe me, it's freakin' worth it!!!

“The service I got by one employee in the electrical department was amazing! There was an item with one left "in stock". I couldn't find it and was sure it was an inventory problem. A young employee didn't know what my item was for and so he asked another one to come help me. This other employee (don't know his name but ~30s, bald, not too tall), literally searched all the boxes and, sure enough, my item was mixed with unrelated items. Then, he gave me all sorts of insightful tips and then when I asked for something else, he just found it in half a second and told me exactly how it had to be installed, etc. I left amazed, impressed, and really happy about the service. Good job!”
