I went last year to have the battery changed in my watch in the Mall. One Jeweler "said we don't do that anymore". So I went to Decoste and they changed it right away and while I was waiting I actually ended up buying a necklace.This year I returned for a different watch and to have my finger sized for a ring.Again they were very helpful. I will definately return.Both ladies were pleasant and easy to deal with.

A jewelry store to avoid at all costs. After changing the battery of a submersible watch, was ruined.I had had the battery changed for years in other places without problem.They did not take responsibility and accused me of lying by bringing a watch that "no one remembered seeing". Just liars and scammers. Everyone, owner and employees.Unfortunately I die not read the reviews before they ruined a watch with years of use and many battery changes.After changing a battery, the watch was ruined. Worst of all, they said to me that nobody remembered the watch, accusing me of being a liar when it is them who are liars and scammers.Avoid at all costs. Arrune a watch that has enough water coming from a battery switch. This watch is a tapeworm for years of use and a lot of changing batteries. Negaron toda responsabilidad y me acusaron de llevarles a watch que “nunca habian visto”. Drones and drones are the first to end their work.

The owner gives us a price for earrings, 3 days later we come back and the price given no longer works, quite disappointing!

Very bad service!! Send my bracelet to be reduced this winter, where they welded the bracelet to break, they charge me $50 to repair their mistake and break it again the next day telling me that my bracelet had lots of solders in it when it was new!! !!
