“I have been bringing my Mercedes Metris van, and my Audi S3 to this garage for a long time, and I can attest that the customer service and the Knowledge and expertise that the owner Mehmet provides is always top notch. Today, I brought my Metris for a problem with a window switch, and a noise from the front wheel. Within a half an hour, Mehmet had diagnosed the window problem as a faulty switch (water had gotten into it), and found the noise as a rubbing brake shield, which he quickly repaired in the heat in the parking lot of the garage. He could have easily charged me an hour of labor for the work, but In the end of all this, I asked him the charge, and he said "don't worry about it"

I had a side window to be replaced, after 4 month of waiting, we bough our own window and they installed it the very next day ( they tried to fit me day of receiving the glass but we're unable too) The staff was wonderful and kept me updated on when my car would be ready

I am a woman that knows nothing about cars and all times they had fixed my car fast extremely low pricing no surprises and so nice! Today I woke up with engine light flashing car rumbling felt like it was going to stall I went straight there Brian drove me home couple hours later he called told me car is ready he picked me up took the time to explain to me what had happened also went the extra miles to check other things to make sure I’m ok and the price was so impressive. So I really don’t usually write reviews but today I am why because I know car work is not fun and scary so hopefully I can help people by letting them know that this is absolutely a garage to go to !!!”

“Just recently bought our 2020 car after leasing it for four years, two months later due to engine issues we were forced to urgently fix it for 2000$ which was disappointing. The issue was so specific that no one but the dealer could help us. Upon arrival at the dealership to fix the car, we were met with an offer that surprised us. As we spend a lot of money on gas, we were offered to switch to an electric car and purchase it for less than we spend on gas per week (waiving the cost of fixing the other car). The car had the same mileage and even more amenities than our previous one. Not only that but after a few years the car will have virtually no cost for electricity. We also had issues with the insurance company but we were met with patience and help getting a new reliable insurance company by the staff at HGrégoire. Very happy with the quick thinking of Karina for the amazing idea and big shoutout for going above and beyond. Would absolutely deal with her again.

“A rare garage that is as competent as it is honest, really works for the customer with the most efficient and economically sensible solution. My vehicle stopped sporadically. I visited about 5 garages unable to identify the problem, one offered to change the computer (more than $1000 and it wouldn't have worked). Solution injection quickly identified that the air conditioning, completely jammed, was bogging down the engine, and recommended disconnecting it if not replacing it - then I asked to change a sensor to be sure there was no longer a problem. Around $250 and a very big problem solved!”

“In the grocery store parking lot, I realized my window had slipped off the track and was lodged in my door panel. I headed over to the nearest mechanic at 4pm, not familiar with the area, I found Pauzé Mécanique 1-2 blocks from the IGA. A smiley man asked if he could help me and agreed to speak to me in the parking lot because my son was still sleeping in the backseat. He told me he could fix it, but they were very busy and couldn't do it today. Disappointed, I told him I would try my hand at it when I returned home, because I once did it myself with a piece of cardboard and coat hanger and a lot of time and effort. The man went back to his shop, returned to the parking lot with a pair of pliers and a cloth, and within 5 minutes my window was back on its track while my son slept in the backseat. He then refused to accept payment. And I discovered this smiley good Samaritan is the shop owner. Needless to say, I will be heading here for all of my future car needs. And, I highly recommend anyone reading this to do the same.”

They are the place to go for car repair if your car is involved in an accident or you just want some bodywork done.Very clean garage.You can tell your insurance company this is where you want to go they do excellent work.Please keep in mind that they are an extremely busy shop but they always take the time to do the job right the first time.It's worthwhile the wait.Cars come out of there just as good or better than when they left the factory.We have been dealing with Sylvain for over 10 yrs and he always tells you like it is.We wouldnt go elsewhere.”
