We cannot use the carts free of charge, their arguments, the baskets and carts were stolen, it's crosshairs and senseless, they penalize 99% of these customers who have no connection with what he is saying as argument.

Staff is so rude, take up the entire aisle with their carts (.this has happened so often )and not once do they ever move the cart. Quality was ok... but their staff are rude... unkempt and seriously don't care. Except that one cashier. I'd give it 0 stars. Stopped going completely after today.

Very good service! I have to say overall the staff has been polite everytime I visit.
But I have to give kudos to Selina who went above and beyond to assist me with finding out about the saq bottle returns and the gift cards.
That kind of customer service I value and I hope it's recognized.
In terms of service this is the best super c I've visited.

It’s a Super C, what more can I say? The prices are lower than elsewhere, the choice is lower than elsewhere, you have to look at the expiry dates correctly. The staff is courteous, I think that for the Super C standard it is in the right brands, it helps out well!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible rude staff. I had two separate orders to do at the self check out. One was a about 20 items for my Mom who is recovering from 3 minor heart attacks and the other one was one product for me. I was doing hers and twice two different young guys came over and pointed out that I had the other item on the TOP of the carriage. I had already told the first guy that they are separate orders. When the other guy came over in less then a minute I took a fit and said to him listen I already told the other man it is a separate bill and order. They hung around me like hawks which was quite insulting and rude. How dare you think I am going to walk out with a $4 item when I am in the middle of paying a $50 order. Next thing I see is a camera pop up in the screen which was of me ( like a selfie) I asked the guys what is this. Oh, nothing to be concerned about. Well tomorrow that store is getting a visit again from me to speak to a Manager and I will be calling the head office. The nerve of those kids treating respectable clients like they are going to steal. How dare they allow this to happened. Unheard of. Stay away from this store, spend your money else where. First and last time I will ever give that place another cent.
