During a recent trip to Montreal, my weekend getaway took an unexpected turn when I hit a pothole upon entering the city, resulting in a flat tire. Frustrated, I spent hours driving around, trying to find a place that could replace my tires. Both Canadian Tire and Costco informed me that all four tires needed replacing, which was disheartening. Right? Being an all wheel drive car.
Just as we were about to give up, we decided to stop at Napa Auto Pro. To our relief, the staff at Napa Auto Pro were incredibly helpful and professional. They quickly assessed the situation and managed to find the exact 2 rear tires needed for our SUV. Although the tires were used, they were of excellent quality and came at a great discount, making the situation much more manageable.
The service was fast, efficient, and saved our weekend. I can't express enough gratitude to the team at Napa Auto Pro for their outstanding service and commitment to helping us out of a difficult situation. If you ever find yourself in a similar bind in Montreal, I highly recommend stopping by Napa Auto Pro. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were back on the road safely and affordably.

I've been taking my vehicles to Goodyear Auto Service Napa AutoPro Mecanique for a number of years and have always had a good experience. Customer service is excellent. Can't recommend them enough!
I’m always happy with my service. Peter does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.

People need to be aware of business’ who try and take advantage of women or older people who don’t know much about auto mechanics. This is the only reason im writing this. My mother came here for a small noise in the front when driving over bumps. They told her it would cost 3000$ to fix ( bushings, control arms, ball joints, suspension for both sides) not to mention you offered to buy the car afterward if my mother would have made a trade with the dealership instead.I looked into it and she only had a bushing problem which cost around 400$. And this is legit inspected by hyundai.You people should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and how you run an establishment. Just because someone doesnt seem to know anything about cars doesnt mean they dont have people who look out for them and care.

Staff is rude and combative. They talk over you and dont listen to what you have to say. Refuse to fix or even acknowledge that they made a mistake. Had to argue with them with mutiple visits and phone calls for them to do anything at all. Horrible experience.Service: Wheel alignment
