I've had some great customer service over the years and I always find it important to highlight those experiences. I don't like focusing on the bad because it might just be that someone is having a bad day and doesn't know how to deal with it. It happens. Well the opposite happened to me this Wednesday evening when my daughter and I went shopping for a new pillow. Ula took such good care of us, we shared a few laughs, she made us comfortable and was helpful in making our selection. It was indeed more than I thought I would spend on 2 pillows but we have been sleeping like babies! Thanks Ula for your care and attention. There's a reason we are repeat customers at Dormez vous.

I would say Do your research, take your time, visit stores or different stores, and don't feel pressured to buy on the spot. I won't trust this organisation ever again even if they reply to this post as after several calls to HQ to escalate and researching who was the director were ignored, not even a curtosy call back. Our experience was a total and absolute failure after $4k on a bed with raising & folding frame was bought from me for a relative. I bought the 2nd most expensive bed and were to buy also the $5k bed, but I was ghosted by company and could not take advantage of their policy to swap & upgrade bed on the 1st sale. After the sale, we discovered we had issues where the bed would not fold or bend using the mechanical.flexible bed frame, but sales rep ignored us (calls, voice-mail, emails) to the point we tried chasing rep down at store. They were quite sly insistingbed is new and would break in. So we tried calling HQ to request to speak to regional directors several times - also ignored. We sent photos, called, emailed. All fell totally empty. Not what one would expect from seeing TV commercials or being promised a bed swap. They left us flat on our face and ghosted us after the sale, heck we tried all means even using customer support options and chats, emails and calls, all options exhausted short of taking to small claims as relative who i bought this for said to let it go. My gift to my son was spoiled and it didn't work out for us.This was our personal experience, and I hope yours can be happily different.

Pierrefonds blvd, poor customer service, i mean friendly enough but not well knowledged on their products. I was left to manage myself with little to no supporr from the employee I bought my pillow from.

Awful customer service. Called today to ask information on a mattress that elevates your bed for treating acid reflex as my doctor recommended me to get, call the store, and the gentleman who answered the phone was rude, obnoxious, and talking over me, and not very friendly. I will never give my business to this location because of that . I live in Ile Bizard , but I’ll definitely drive a little further to get good customer service somewhere else. I’m sure this is not the first time he’s had this complaint, considering his attitude..

I was today at the store the old guy didn't even say hi, worst customer service, I was about to buy a 5000 $ matress in cash. He was even checking on me like I was going to steal a matress (lol) ? I just left the store. What a mess !

Horrible service at the store & even more horrible delivery service! They tell you a time to deliver and dont come at the right time, make me miss it and made me pay 50$ extra to come back. Then I made another appointment, then still, they dont come at the right time. The service is ridiculous! Extremely unprofessional! Never go back there again!
