I had excellent service from Noor Younis at this store. She is very responsive, answering queries by email usually within the hour. Very helpful. We did have an issue with a very expensive triple mirror medicine cabinet- it was damaged, despite excellent packing, and was very difficult to adjust the doors properly-necessitating two follow up visits from the company installers. Noor helped move the service call to a priority for me. This was a situation out of the store's control. I received very good follow up attention as well. Thank you to Noor. Also Jimmy from the service department was very helpful during pick up of products. I recommend this store.

If you are in need of bathroom products or doing a whole bathroom, this is the place to go and make sure to ask for Marielle, she knows her stuff and is always available for questions and concerns, either via phone or email, she was a huge part of this project for us and was very patient and explained everything thoroughly.
