My find of the month which will certainly be my find of the year 2024. A place where the pleasure of selecting its ingredients already makes our mouths water. Very good advice, the owner Nathalie knows how to guide us very well and help us discover 1000 and one gastronomic possibilities to cook with her spice blends of which she has the secret. It is to this place, where I return often now, that I buy, among other things, Laurentian grain-fed chicken from La Rose ses Vents farm.
