“Looking at the previous two reviews with one star rating (unhelpful in deciding), I decided to go and investigate the branch myself in person. Being an impartial first-time visitor, I inquired about a lot of financial products and banking services and chequing accounts. I even asked for Mr. Talal Akkad Wattar, and I met him in person, who was very helpful and supportive, and provided me with a value-added service. I also asked other staff members, and they were all very knowledgeable, co-operative, friendly, kind, and most importantly accomplished my requests in a very professional and timely manner! I have requested to transfer my accounts from another scotia bank in DT to this branch, as I was really very much impressed by the value added service, knowledgeable competence of staff, and most importantly - I got all of my banking tasks accomplished in half the time I used to spend in other branches!
