Visited almost a year ago, October 2023. The associate was excellent in listening to my unusual requests and finding scents that I really liked. I went home to Ottawa with a sample of my favourites, and have since purchased my #1 pick from their online store. I use it as my daily fragrance and think fondly of my experience in the boutique - will most certainly be back!

Very nice experience at this elegant perfumery! First of all, the general impression when you enter this boutique is one of refinement and charm, while being very welcoming. The numerous perfumes are installed in displays which allow easy consultation. The welcome from the staff is both warm and discreet. For my part, I asked one of the two people present for help. She guided me well according to the criteria that I indicated to her. After introducing me to a few perfumes, she gave me all the time I wanted to smell, hesitate and start again. To help me choose carefully, she offered to buy a sample of each of the perfumes that stood out to me at little cost. In short, I had a delicious time in this remarkable boutique and I discovered many perfumes that cannot be found elsewhere,

I am a loyal customer of H Parfums and each time I visit the store, I am delighted. Delighted not only with the smiling welcome but also with the exceptional quality of service. The staff really knows their stuff. At H Parfums, we always take the time to offer me unique perfumes and advise me professionally. It must be said that the choice is vast and exclusive! I visited several perfumeries in Montreal, and in my eyes, H Parfums is incomparable in every way. Absolutely worth discovering!

Henriette L + H is a unique address in Montreal that I have been frequenting for years. The service is impeccable and is warm and courteous without ever having the guided side that you can sometimes encounter in certain high-end boutiques. I recommended the store to several of my friends who immediately adopted it to purchase their most beautiful pieces. The perfume section offers a huge selection for those looking for aromas off the beaten track.

It was truly the worst experience I have ever had. The service was appallingly poor. As soon as we arrived in the store, we asked to be able to discover the perfumes quietly, without being disturbed. Unfortunately, from the start, the lady at the service stood two meters from us and stared at us in an extremely insistent manner. Every time I tried to speak with my wife to discuss perfumes, she would cut us off by offering us different brands and giving her unsolicited opinion. It was frustrating to the highest degree. And as if that wasn't enough, shortly after, an old man of the same ilk and with the same lack of manners joined us to impose the same intrusive treatment on us. We were ready to make a purchase that day, but their behavior completely ruined our experience. I highly recommend going to Parfum Exquis or Etiket to buy your niche perfumes, because this store is to be avoided at all costs!
PS: The manager responded by telling me that it was a new employee who was too "enthusiastic" but disrespect is not part of that, and this is the second time we have received the same treatment. The store is not recoverable.

If I could give zero stars I would.
The first time I visited, the atmosphere was far from warm. I didn't feel like I belonged.
We decided to give it another chance. Worst mistake. Unfortunately after 2 minutes I wanted to go out. We came back and said we didn't need help, but the lady only stayed nearby even though we had said several times that we didn't want help. We want to discover alone. She was always behind us, looking at us persistently. I found that very inappropriate. Customer service is -10 out of 10.
The only positive point is that they have a nice collection of perfumes, but I preferred to buy online than give $1 to them. I spoke with other people from this store and everyone agrees that their service is lousy, we almost feel like thieves (maybe because we are young?)
If you want to buy perfumes go to ETIKET or PARFUM EXQUIS.

The Henriette L boutique is unique in the choice of clothing brands and the wide range of perfumes. I like to find unique clothes that have many styles and that disrupt over time as well as the quality of the fabrics and good tailoring. I have been a customer for several years and I have nothing but good words for this store. The staff are warm, welcoming and very good advice.
It’s a store that’s worth the trip. I enjoy seeing beautiful clothes and I am served at this store.

Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and helpful! I am new to perfume but they asked lots of questions and helped guide me to find what I liked. It was so fun to gush over the scents with the staff. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for high quality boutique perfumes.

I recently made an online purchase from H Perfume, and I was impressed with their unique selection of niche brands that are not available anywhere else in Canada. Unlike many other stores that only offer hyped brands (Creed, Marly, etc), H Perfume collects a range of niche brands that are for professionals who understand and appreciate perfumes and scents. The store has many fragrances with real French perfumery style that is hard to find elsewhere especially in Ontario :) Well done H Parfums and thank you for your service. 5 star from me and good luck with your business.
