The employee tried to steal $5-6 in cash from me this morning at 5:35. If you look at the cameras I come in twice. He asked me if I paid cash before even scanning the items....he told me $27, I find the price strange since I buy the same things often, I told him that I wanted to pay upfront instead. But then he put in a half money withdrawal, and suddenly my bill was $23. I still found it strange, I asked for the bill and it still didn't make sense. I went back in to get a refund, and he rescanned everything and the official price was $21.

Small neighborhood convenience store that cares about its customers. Strange to say about a convenience store, but they have great customer service (my daughter made a purchase that they weren't obligated to refund me for, but did anyway). Thank you Melanie :)

Lots of bad reviews, but my experience has always been good. My theory is that people who have a good or decent experience won't bother to leave reviews for a corner store, contrarily to a restaurant, so the negative reviews are overrepresented. The customer service is fine and they have a good selection of food. It's a normal Couche-Tard.

Amazing service, really nice staff, affordable prices. Perfect for a highschooler wanting to go get a snack. it's also right next to metro station (outremont station) making it easely accessible. Not to mention they have a free parking lot.

I waited in line for about 10 minutes on a hot summer day only for them to tell me credit card was not working, I understand technical malfunctions but not telling me until I waited is unreasonable. The staff are clueless.

Absolutely incompetent staff, I bought multiple times steam cards and other digital cards and Everytime made sure to tell them to check to activate them, today they pull out a new one and refuse to give me my money back or re-activate my never activated cards Wich the receipt showed they didn't (I bought 300$ I only got 200$ activated.) and tell me the manager isn't here and they don't know when he would be. Don't go there unless you want to have your money stolen behind the cash. Replace your staff.
