They changed a mirror and it broke in the next 24hrs. They don’t even want to replace it and they say someone broke it. It’s been 24hrs. The car wasn’t even on the street since it was the night and there is no one walking in the street. Do not go ther seriously. They overcharge everything also.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very dishonest and bad mechanics. Charged me close to 1000 but did not fix the problem AND broke something else which cost me $650 to fix.

Not sure that in the years since I brought my car for inspection, this has been done, according to my new Volvo mechanic?plus Levon the owner's son is really unfriendly and borderline poorly raised! I will never do business with this garage again!

Centre d'Auto PAP have been in business for over 30 years! Their experienced and professional work prove it. Hello, I went to repair a flat tire, the welcome was terrible, this is the first time I have seen such customer service in Canada. I asked him a question: when can I collect my car and to my disappointment he did not give me a specific time and with an unpleasant tone, I am really disappointed. Been there two time and both time where a great experience ! First time the man at the front took time to answer my questions because i want to understand car better, and second time they looked at my car free of charge because i thought something was leaking but apparently not :). Will come back here for all my future repair and tires changes, and will recommend to anyone looking for a great garage in Montréal ! Thanks again :)

I was very pleasantly surprised at the great service and great employees.I do not know much about Cars but they took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and asked how i wanted to proceed before doing the work or sticking me with the bill.I shopped around and they had the better pricing as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance
