Wanted to give a huge thank you to Richard, Melanie, Pat and the staff at Joliette Honda. I was interested in purchasing one of their vehicles and they were willing to work with me despite the fact that was from Ontario. They communicated well and made the process very easy. What a joke this dealership is. I am interested in purchasing one of their vehicles and they said they cannot sell out of province due to "complications". I asked what were the issues and they couldn't even answer. Incompetent dealer thatdoes not want to do business with a serious buyer. Have fun selling a vehicle that has been on your lot for almost 200 days. Complete morons. I have dealt with dealers in Quebec like Lombardi Honda or exel Honda who are willing to do business with ease. Not these guys! They don't know what business is! You guys need to be out of business asap. At least put on your ad that you're not willing to deal with out of province buyers. You idiots are wasting our time.

Contacted this Honda dealer about their used vehicle I was interested in on Autotrader. When the sales man found out I lived in Ontario he refused to discuss a sale as he said the vehicle could only be registered in Quebec not Ontario and then ghosted me. What a weirdo, I can’t work out whether he was anti-English or just a complete moron. I have bought cars in Quebec before even from another Honda dealer not far from this one. I have worked for a luxury car dealership in Ontario and if our Dealer Principal found out our sales people were treating prospective clients like this guy treated me they would get fired! I’m sure Honda would be interested also. Buy a car from Ontario it’s a much safer bet than dealing with this garbage.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Joliette Honda dealership. As a loyal owner of a Honda with an impeccable maintenance history of months of 50,000 km and covered 100% under all possible warranties, I was faced with a serious problem with my vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer service was disastrous during my visit to resolve this issue. After a diagnostic test carried out by the dealer the error code disappeared and they were no longer able to recreate the problem, the dealer was not able to identify the cause of the problem so as they cannot replace a random part they cannot cannot pass everything under warranty and asked me to pay $150 for the diagnostic test, when confronted with the lack of logic in the situation the manager reacted in an extremely disrespectful manner by tearing up my documents and asking me to leave. This is the first time I've been treated in such a disparaging manner at Honda, and as a loyal customer with five new Honda vehicles under my belt, take whatever time it takes but go for the Honda 40-640 or I didn't never had a problem in 10 years

Honda... you're wrong (maybe not)! BUT.... BE CAREFUL!I bought a 2021 Crv in March 2022 from Honda in Mtl. But as I live in Lanaudière, I had the interviews done at Villeneuve.After losing 2 plastic doors Villeneuve replaced them under warranty except that they informed me that the pieces had been stuck and were already broken upon purchase. I checked with Cédrick at the service and my vehicle had undergone two repairs costing more than $5,000 in damage. honda paré never informed me of the situation for saleThree weeks later, the radio started to act up and I was informed that the warranty did not apply, the radio was also stuck and that it was going to cost me more than $1800 to repair. I am angry with Honda Paré but the seller tells me that if I pay $13,000 he will change it for a 2023.I think about it and accept the agreement. I arrive to do the paperwork and I'm already disappointed, to keep my leather bench I have to take a model above and pay $3000 more. What I do. One detail is added, no one ever offered to transfer my trailer hitch, it was a friend who pointed this out to me, instead they sold me a second one with the installation that I have.I said to myself it's over, the delivery went well I leave fully equipped, but 2 days later while getting comfortable in my new truck I can't find the buttons to program my garage door.. I call at Villeneuve the technical advisor asked me to wait and it took him more than 10 minutes before coming back with the answer that NO honda would remove this from the vehicle and remember that I have the superior version to my old one.When I purchased it I said I wanted it to tow my tent trailer. The seller and the thecnique reviewer told me that it was ok.. first fishing I go (to the same place always) everything went well no problem. But during my second visit on the way back I was driving normally and all of a sudden the bottom was rubbing on the ground, the muffler pipes were immediately dented.I don't understand, I tell myself that I have maneuvered badly and I get back on the road but I must be driving at barely 10klm/h otherwise I'm stuck everywhere. I walk around the vehicle, everything seems normal, I still don't understand since I'm less heavy than on arrival my water and food reserves empty the gasoline cans so I must weigh 300 lbs less.Once off the gravel road the road goes normally to the gas station I try to see what's wrong but still everything seems normal. It wasn't until two days later when I parked on a bump in my parking lot that I saw the left rear tire was soft.I took the air pressure which was ZERO. I'm calling to ask Cédrick how is this possible @? Is the vehicle equipped with a pressure sensor like my three Acuras and my previous 4 Hondas..??Cédrick confirms that yes but makes an appointment for me to check the sensor which according to him is in the wheel bearing, I inform him that the alignment is also due then I bring my vehicle to them.They called me the next day and Cédrick informed me that the tire pressure sensors had also been removed from the newer vehicle but fewer options despite everything...the alignment was not doneIn the end I trusted Villeneuve Honda I lost that trust basically I paid $16,000 for a contactless charger and rear heated bench that I don't use one or the other but in addition the Lague hands-free controls and the car is even directed towards the opposite lane! Yes yes it does not pick up tight lane lines well and can send you in the opposite direction or kick the wheel towards the field. In addition, the on-board computer registered a problem with positioning sensors, see the dealer. I have not received any feedback from the dealer and must pay for the damage due to the puncture.A customer more customer at Villeneuve and maybe even Honda soon.I don't have time to sue them and neither do you!
