I purchased a CX-70 signatures on Friday August 9th. Extraordinary vehicle. Next Tuesday on the way to a customer meeting (I work on the road) Blow out front tire on 25 south. A nail or something else has punctured the tire. Mazda Assistance took me to the nearest dealer in ALBI. Nearly $300 in fees to be told that the tire cannot be recovered and is not available for a minimum of 1 month of waiting and that I must rent a vehicle. So I contacted Mazda Joliette where I purchased my vehicle. After a while of waiting they told me to show up as soon as I could. Their solution is to lend me tires from a director's vehicle while waiting for him to receive the new tire. So I am still in my new vehicle at no cost other than the installation and balancing of temporary tires. Which is normal. I would like to thank sales Dave and Jean-François and service Martin and Isabelle.
Well done to all the team and I apologize if I forgot any names.

Extra service, answers to all our questions and if they don't know, they ask for answers.
