Thanks to Romain for the excellent service I received! My computer wouldn't turn on at all and he immediately guessed that the problem was with the power supply which needed to be replaced. A little physical cleaning of the interior of the tower which really needed it and my computer now works like new, all in less than 24 hours and at a very reasonable price which corresponds to what was initially estimated . I recommend!

No Stars, Very poor service. I took my computer to have it diagnosed. According to their technician, my motherboard worth $1000 had burned circuits and therefore suggested that I buy another one. I refused and at home I worked hard to get my computer working again. 3 weeks later I managed to get my motherboard and the entire computer working again but in the meantime I had bought another used motherboard for nothing. I couldn't return this motherboard so this adventure cost me more than $1300 because of the incompetence of their computer technicians!!!! :(
