The best if I could give 10 stars.September 2023 they repaired my truck. Today I go to the heavy vehicle f 350 mechanical inspection and they put me as defective and I cannot get my sticker. I went to see CDF mechanics and he checked my truck and sent me a letter with the tolerances from Ford. I leave with everything to see the garage mandated by saaq, show the papers and they give me my sticker. Truly CDF the best.They took the time to show me how they check the part and tolerance, allowed them to make a video and everything. No charge. A colossus with a heart of gold.

I have been a client of CDF since 2018. However, I must rate the latest visit on May 27th as mediocre at best. Communication and politeness were lacking. Evidently there was a misunderstanding on behalf of the service Manager whereby I made an appointment for an air condition check and tire change on two cars.I left both vehicle at the garage around 7:16 AM and was told that the service manager would call me when he got in at 8 as the clerk who was present indicated that they were expecting only one car for both services. I never received a callback; hence I assumed everything was ok.Near to closing time, I called to find out what was going on. Only then I found out that they would not be changing the tire because they thought it was for the same car. They knew beforehand that they were not going to change the tires and could have informed me ,so I could have checked out other garages as I was driving with a spare tire . Since they already agreed to offering both services, should it matter that tire change was on another car?The blatant disregard in failing to notify me as promised evidently shows a total disrespect to my person and as a client .Another issue that I had overlooked in 2018 with this garage, is that I was sent there by my extended warranty insurance to verify if there was a leak in my air condition system.( CDF was specifically chosen by the insurance co.)However, they claimed that they couldn’t find the problem after putting in a product to detect the leak . This product had the AC functioning over the summer period. Therefore I didn’t further investigate the problem . However, the following year the same problem returned , but by the time I revisited the issue , the warranty was expired .Why were they not able to detect an obvious problem? What’s the relationship with them and the warranty company?I visited other garages after and immediately the issue was detected and necessary recommendations made .With all due respect , I would never, ever return to CDF. As a paying client with a luxury vehicle I was made to feel unwelcomed in this establishment .ADDENDUM: RESPONSE TO OWNER’S feedback of my honest reviewIn response to your clarification of my review. I must admit that your response was an absurdity.You clearly demonstrated misogynistic tendencies and an inability to accept the veracities of the clients’ experiences. This is also evident in your response to Linda Arnold whereby you bashed her for “HER BAD EXPERIENCE”Your unprofessional response to my review speaks to an immaturity akin to a temper tantrum thrown by a 2 year old.Objectivity is lacking in your responses as your assumptions are regarded as truths.I would suggest that you get someone else to respond to reviews that you ‘believe’ are not favourable to you. This way the nature of your true character would not be on display to the public.In response to your assertion of the air condition problem in 2019. If the problem was not diagnosed with the instillation of dye, How were you able to offer a solution to an unfounded problem?To further debunk your claim that I refused to fix the AC problem in 2019, please remember It was still under warranty and as such the cost ( minus the service check) would be covered by the warranty. Wouldn’t it?I would not forego the of fixing a major problem of a vehicle still under warranty. I would not expect you to understand this, as you so aptly claimed that “I” opted NOT to fix the problem.Further to your claim that my Cars were parked inappropriately. Of note is the fact that a lunch table occupied said spots, hence access to CDF clients including the disabled is blocked .I have always STOPPED at the same spot since 2018 and a worker would then drive the vehicle inside. So your mention of where I parked further corroborates your misrepresentation of the truthPerhaps it would be a good idea to gain some insight into human relations and an understanding in dealing with diversities.It is my absolute pleasure NOT being a part of your clientele.

Belle acceuil, du monde positif et professionel . Apres reparation mon vehicule marche a merveille . Je ne peu demander plus tout y etait coté demarche. J'ai laisser mon vehicule, il m'on rapeller par la suite avec soumission et je recupere le tout en payant la facture detailler. Aucun frais cacher , il ne m'on pas non plus demander pour changer des pieces inutilement liée a mon probleme10/10 Tres belle experience chez vous.
