I collect a package for my wife with the document and her ID. They explain to me that this is not possible. I indicate that this is how I have always operated, here and in other positions, nothing to do. I offer to show ID on my phone and tell them the origin and contents of the package. They rudely send me home to get proof of address. Idiot application of the rule and very disappointing treatment of the customer.

Une expérience horrible pour obtenir ma prescription. J'appelle et la dame me dit "Bonjour, un moment", puis je me retrouve instantanément en attente. Après 30 minutes, une autre dame répond avec un accent très prononcé. Quand je lui demande de répéter un mot que je n'ai pas compris, elle répond de manière désagréable et agressive. Très décevant !

The pharmacy is terrible. They never answer their phones, they always put you on hold and never come back. Then you show up at the counter and they make you wait over 40 minutes. I always make them deliver it even though I live 2 seconds away because their service is so bad.

Worst pharmaprix!!! 0 customer service! The store manager very unpleasant! At the pharmacy it takes an extremely long time! I will never go back there again! I do not recommend this place! The only department where you are greeted and well served is in the beauty products department. Even at the checkout the cashiers are stupid!

Worst cashier experience ever! My wife needed an essential medication, and there was a sale sticker on it. However, when we got to the cashier, she took an agonizing 10 minutes trying to figure out how to apply the price match, fumbling with buttons and looking clueless. Eventually, she called over another employee who, instead of helping, rudely dismissed the situation, claiming the sale sticker was a mistake and that no discount applied. Not only did she refuse to honor the price, but she also didn’t bother to apologize, making us feel like we were in the wrong. It was as if we were being accused of tampering with the price! It was an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience. A simple apology and professional handling of the situation would have gone a long way, but clearly, customer service wasn’t a priority for them. My wife left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Unacceptable!

The staff are very pleasant but they need to be trained on how to use the lotto machine. Apparently the manager told them not to sell the group tickets because they haven’t been trained on how to use it.

I love pharmacists.. it’s a great team! Always attentive to our needs and always gives us very good advice. I highly recommend this Pharmaprix Lucerne Ville Mont-Royal pharmacy.

Nice folks, they do their best, but the wait is unreasonable. Today was the last straw: couldn’t reach them by phone, drove there to enquire about a prescription they received this morning, interminable wait among other customers in the same situation. Will try somewhere else and hope it’s better

It has been 2 times that I have waited for more than 40 min for a prescription. The last time, the pharmacist called me in the afternoon to tell me that my prescription was ready, I came in the evening to look for it and after 40 min and asking several times to 3 different employees, they told me to wait longer that the pharmacist had to check the prescription. I understand that they are busy, but it is not acceptable the waiting time for the prescription. I had to leave since I had another appointment later, without prescription. Definitely more organization is required.

This pharmacy was really good when Mr. Elate owned it. Since Mr. Awada became the owner, things have gotten much worse. We are made to wait 10 or 20 minutes to speak to someone at the pharmacy and it is worse when we come to pick up medication. In addition, there is at least one pharmacist who thinks she is a doctor and asks indiscreet questions in front of everyone. As if she wanted to check what the doctor was doing. One day I will have to change pharmacies. If I were in your place, I would go elsewhere.

Perscription left at 2 pm needed 30 minutes to prepare. On my return 5 hours later it still needed to be verified my the pharmacist. Terrible customer service. My valuable time is wasted on having basic prescriptions filled. Need to move to another pharmacy. This is a joke. Some of the items were not even available after the review. One similar product replaced the unavailable one even though the pharmacist was pushing the over the country version. Then she said the cash was closed when bit 5 minutes before customers were paying at the pharmacy counter. I think the staff don't value customers. Changing pharmacy next time.
