I've been to Melanie Lyne at Carrefour Laval and the customer service was absolutely perfect.I have to say that the store at Rockland leaves much to be desired as far as service goes. Not really sure if they were all having a bad day, but if I'm going to spend many hundreds of dollars on a dress I would at least expect that they would be attentive and available to go out and get different sizes or different styles upon request.My friend and I had no one, I repeat, no one available to us even when we asked for help.So it will be a while before I go back to this store.
