I bought my husband an Eton shirt for Valentine's Day and as I read on your website after my purchase, alterations for the sleeves are not included in the price since you have to be a member.So I decide to return the shirt to get a refund since I am dissatisfied with the service which is not up to par with the competition (if I can call it competition, Ogilvy, Harry Rosen, Henri Vézina etc.).How can we offer such poor service when customers are increasingly difficult to satisfy. A refund is not a privilege but excellent service or a company that stands out, which really doesn't seem to be your case!A former client

Lovely selection, HOWEVER, we went in looking for a wedding suit and experienced a very elitist attitude from the salesman. His first words to my boyfriend and I after “hello” were:“This is $845, not sure if that is in your price range?”I was shocked at what I heard. I thought maybe I misunderstood.My boyfriend replied, “Yes, I see the price thank you.”The salesman then starts guiding us to the sale section — which we didn’t ask for?“Ok. This is our promo section…”My boyfriend does not look up and doesn’t follow the salesman. He keeps looking at what he was originally looking at. The salesman finally goes away.Wildly rude. What an old fashioned mentality. Wake up because young Millenials are your market now, Sir. ?

Margo (I hope that's her name) was an amazing stylist and spent a very long time helping us find the perfect suits for our upcoming wedding events. We left feeling confident and excited to wear our new clothes. The alterations were done a day before expected and finished perfectly. She explained how to pack and travel with the suits, overall a very professional service which I would recommend to anyone.

I don't know how many locations this brand has but this review is for 2305 Ch Rockland Mont Royal.As I was looking for a suit I entered this store and was welcomed by a great gentleman named Ian.Ian was very nice, kind and professional.He could tell immediately what suits I'll be intrested in, size and style.Thanks to him I got the perfect suit with the perfect price.He introduced me to his colleague Olga. A sweet, kind and professional tailor.Thank you both very much for your time and a great servicewhoever is looking for a great quality suit and great service should definitely go there:M/2 boutiques on 2305 Ch Rockland Mont Royal.I strongly recommend this place.

Excellent first experience buying pants. Fast, personal touch-up service available. The only comment is that we are sometimes asked for help a little too much. It becomes annoying. But the brand selection is relevant.
