They broke my wife's key ring, and when she pointed it out, an employee had nothing to do! In addition, the attitude of the cashier is unpleasant!!! We even called to make a request, but they hung up on us. If we had known that my wife would be treated this way, we would have gone to another garage...
BUT!
Mr Yanick Brazeau tried everything to help us and I greatly appreciate his help, he deserves a raise for his work!! This is the reason why I give 4 stars without it it would be 0

"I recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Excel Honda, and I have to give a huge shout-out to my salesperson, Koffi! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase, putting in all his effort to convince me that this was the right car for me. I’m especially grateful for his suggestion on choosing the white color—it was spot on!
Koffi stayed with me through every step of the process, making sure I got my car right on time for Diwali. He truly made this a special experience, and I would definitely come back to buy from him again. The dealership has a great team of salespeople, although I felt management could be a bit more considerate. Overall, thanks to Koffi’s dedication and friendly service, I’m thrilled with my new car. Ive been a Honda customer for 10+ years. Not only are their cards reliable but their customer service as this dealership is 10/10. I went in when my lease was nearly up, and had such a positive experience taking out a new lease. Everyone there is so amazing. I will never be switching from Excel Honda!!
