My wife bought a dress from Ema & Carla at Rockland Center in Montreal. When we got back home, she saw that there were scratches on the dress as shown in the pic. The dress was on final sale.When we returned to the store to complain about it, they said that the dress may get such scratch if it comes in touch with water. However, we were very sure the dress didn't come in touch with water. My wife saw the scratches immediately after we went back home. It was not noticeable at first glance.After we mentioned the situation to them, they refused to even exchange the dress. This is a deceptive practice from their part, because they said the scratches will occur when the clothes touch the water, even when the item did not touch water in our care.

Very disappointed with the service from an assistant manager by the name of Kenza. My mom was served very rudely and poorly because she doesn't speak French. The assistant (Kenza) refused to be of help and even called my mother a "Tête carée" (Square head). The moment I spoke in French, her attitude seemed to have changed with me. It was very unprofessional and the very first time I had dealt with someone being so discriminative. People such as Kenza, should NEVER work in customer service.!
