I brought in my Acura today as a last resort to identify a rattling sound. Prior to coming to Deo Auto Services, I visited five different shops on Jean-Talon, hoping to resolve the issue. All of them were unable to find the source of the problem. On top of that, one of the shops on Jean-Talon charged me a $79 diagnostic fee just to put the car on a lift. However, Deo Auto Services did it completely for FREE. They took the car for a test drive and told me they wouldn’t charge me a thing until they found the issue. This family-owned business is honest and hardworking. Their professionalism and natural charisma made me feel valued.

There have been hidden camera documentaries about how women get screwed over, for their ignorance. I'd love to see the directors waste their time at Deo!
I have witnessed this garage's client relations across 15 years and three VW Golfs... No woman, no man, no anything-in-between will ever get screwed here. Every work-order is crystal clear, every explanation is as detailed as the client wishes it, every phone call as clear as the work-order, and every bit of advice salient. All bills are itemised and thoroughly explained.
No car leaves this lot unsafe, nobody gets deceived, and everyone pays a much fairer deal than any dealership.
I don't leave many reviews. This is one of the few Mom and Pop shops that deserves one.

The guys at Deo are honest, trustworthy and darn right good at servicing all your needs, all makes and models, especially Volvo. We have been going to them for over 12 yrs with all our cars, including Volvo and always had amazing Service, Steven, Benny, Donny and Shaw, your guys are the best!!!
