An absolute gem of a grocery store! This is my go-to place to buy fresh local produce, cheese, and wine. They also have great breads, meats, and fish sections. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

Has glass bottle recycling... twice the customer service person was not pleasant.. didn't know what was recyclable ... unpleasant . Maybe she wasn't trained... Maybe they should be trained.

Beautiful and clean, a little chaotic to move around especially when they have to restock the shelves. Just show the clerk how to do it.
Self-service checkout among the most complicated in the region but a smile and a nice courtesy would fix everything.

My wife returns a completely moldy loaf of bread in a zip-loc bag with the receipt that contains the purchase code. We refuse the refund and insist on a packaging policy required for refund. We have to go through the trash and return with the original packaging because the manager doesn't understand that the item code resides in the invoice and tells us a policy of supplier and packaging required to return an item. Message to the owner, I spend 25k dollars per year on groceries for my five children, do you think I want to continue my purchases at IGA with its holiness which prioritizes formality before the logic of customer service and insults my wife ? No thanks!

Check everything they put in your bag, a chicken wasn't put in my bag (and paid for). The nice cashier confirmed that I paid. A responsible clown came to argue and made me pay for the new chicken, practically calling me a thief. Not for the value of the chicken but on principle. I'm a 60 year old man and being treated disrespectfully is insulting

The IGA is very lucky to have a representative like Linda at the deli station. I went there for a few slices of meat and when I learned that my husband and I were planning to eat scallops, she recommended Coppa meat to wrap the scallops. She shared her passion for Italian cuisine. We are residents of Morin-Heights and this was the first time we met her. We've had equally good experiences with bakers, but Linda stood out today. This IGA is the best kept secret in our village because they know how to hire a great team. Well done Linda! And our dinner was delicious!

Aww it’s ok, there was a food product shown in the flyer, they gave me a coupon as they didn’t have it in stock… well it’s been over 20 days… and nada! one item ok, but throughout the year…. 4 items? . It’s clean, good meat counter, helpful employees! Thank you!
