What a beautiful store! But people working at the cash should at least say “hello” before taking your money instead of scanning your item and barking out the price.

Came around 5pm and there were four sales people huddled by the register chatting loudly. The store was pretty busy and not a single one of them greeted or helped anyone. They were ignoring customers and busy talking to each other ? One of them was even sitting crosslegged on the cashier desk. I wanted to place an order for a couple of counter stools and purchase some christmas ornaments but felt uncomfortable approaching the register so I left.

Nice objects when you need a small or new decorative touch for your home. Their scented candles are divine--the rose-lemon one is the one I use in my bedroom, and it's perfect to induce relaxation. The staff is a bit cold, but whatever. This is a useful store with some nice things.

Love this store. Lots of unique items for home. They sell lots of stuff by Umbra. They even sell accessories like bags, jewelry and scads/hats/gloves.

Beautiful store, welcoming staff. I love Zone stores in general, they usually do a great job curating the displays. I wished this one had more of the furniture from their website (or variety of it) in the floor.

Nice store, selling modern furniture and home decorating stuff at a wide range of prices...think the Umbra-type aesthetic for a lot of it. I really like this store, and it's only recently that I've found a drawback. The website allows you to check stock levels of an item before you go to the store, but be aware that having a single item in stock doesn't guarantee that they'll sell it to you. I picked out two floor lamps online, rented a Communauto, and went to Zone to pick them up from the only store that had both in stock. Unfortunately, they weren't allowed to sell me the floor models because they hadn't been discontinued, which is understandable. I was just bummed because it seemed like they had the inventory for sale. So when in doubt, I guess call?At any rate, I was able to place a special order to bring one lamp from another store and special order the second. When I showed up to pick up the items, the items were on sale after the holidays, and the cashier and the manager were perfectly willing to extend the discount to the items I'd bought, even though I'd ordered them previously. They didn't give us any attitude at all, which honestly makes me much more willing to spend my money there in the future. I was very pleased with the service, and also with the quality of the two lamps I purchased. They weren't cheap (at least not for me) but they look great and I think they should hold up well.
