There are serious queues in the dressing rooms, there is constant congestion, the authorities need to find a solution especially for the dressing rooms, it is a complete disgrace, I am talking about the men's section.

Service for the fitting room disgusting the person didn't even look at me she was talking with security telling their weekend stories lol I was there for 5 minutes listening to them I thought the rooms were full but no when I was go me mm the woman told me sir how many items do you have lol!!!!

Terrible and horrible customer service. Asked for an item from stock room, waited over 30 mins for nothing. The staff didn’t bring me the item to the rack they promised, not a single staff was helpful. Plus, the staff at the till didn’t say Hello or Thank you even though I said it first. Horrible experience.

I never find a lot of new models in Zara stores it's just a famous market but the models it's so old and the material also is not high quality

The cashiers ignore customers during transactions and treat us as if we are bothering them (condescendingly). The store is rather messy. I won't go back there again.

bad place, they stood at the counter for half an hour so they could just print a check on the jacket, they just said it wasn't their problem. Worst service ever. I will never come back here again

I would give 0 stars if I could. Today I bought a perfume from Zara. The box was not wet or damaged, so I only opened it as soon as I arrived home. When I opened it I almost cut myself on one of the many pieces of glass. The bottle was empty, in pieces and a hair was stuck inside the box. I'm sure there are even pieces of the bottle missing, which makes me think it was packaged like that. Their customer service/help is just disappointing, since no one answers the phone, no real help is offered on the online chat, and then the employees offer no help at all. I strongly advise against this store. It's degrading, unprofessional and absolutely disappointing.
