The customer service is simply unacceptable. Living downtown, I often have my packages stolen when they are left down on the street in front of my door. When ordering, I explicitly requested that they inform the delivery service not to leave the package at my door. I was assured that this would be done, but it was not respected, and the package was stolen. This isn't the first time this has happened, and they refuse to reimburse me. I tried several times to speak to a manager, but no one called me back. All I received was a message saying I won't be refunded. In addition, the person I spoke to on the phone several times is incredibly unpleasant, lousy, lousy, lousy service.

Very rude and miserable staff, avoid at all cost.
I tried 2 clothes today and I didn't want them, so i gave them to one of the three workers there. Then something so bizzare happened, they just looked at each other, rolled their eyes, and stared at me- did not say anything for a few minutes while I was still standing there holding the clothes, until one told me next time if I'm not taking it i should've hang the clothes back.
No one told me that they wanted me to hang the clothes to begin with, also what kind of store does that? This is also on Tuesday afternoon and the store is not busy.

What is the point of having two separate lines for purchases and for returns if nobody serves the returns line exclusively? I waited forever in the returns line after being told that the only 2 cashiers split their time between those lines and I absolutely have to wait in that designated line. If the same people do both things, why not just have one line? It is one of the most ridiculous things I have seen in a while. Plus, one of the employees at the cash was sick and was coughing in everyone’s face (literally!) without even attempting to cover her mouth or cough in her elbow or something. To say it is poor customer service doesn’t even begin to describe it when you get a respiratory infection as a bonus for shopping there.

The employees were very unhelpful and rude. When asking an employee for assistance he just shrugged whilst walking away, clearly not giving a damn. Terrible customer service.

Everyone working there looks like they would rather not be alive. I asked a question and I didn’t even get a word out she just pulled out her phone and scanned my box. Kinda wild

Today, October 1st, 2024 at the Zara Montreal Trust store, I had a verbal altercation with another shopper. I was standing in line in the children’s section about to return a pair of jeans and realized that I could not find the code, so I told the shopper behind me to go in front of me. I did say, “Aller,” and the woman asked me, “Why.” I told her to go, and then she got really rude, asking me why I was taking a tone with her when I wasn’t. Then she got close to my face, and when I put up a hand, she also placed her hand close to my face. This woman was belligerent I feel borderline racist as I am a Black woman, and her aggression towards me was intense. I have been a customer of Zara for years, but I feel this store attracts some rude and competitively toxic women. I don’t like coming to this store to shop and this is not the first time I have had someone (non-Black) act rudely towards me. DO BETTER.

Bought a pair of cotton cargo pants with 2 side pockets, after one single wash there were 12 holes at every corner where the pockets are sewn. Won't exchange cause "they can't resell it like that". Maybe you should not sell it the first place. Basically single use pants ??
Gymshark: we're so sorry for your bad experience. Here's a refund, you can keep the pants and here's a discount for next purchase.
Lululemon: let us repair the pants you bought years ago. If we can't repair them, here's a new pair.
Zara: are you dumb??? We can't resell pants with holes in them

I returned 6 items and only 5 were credited to me. $65 fraud. I went back, the cashier couldn't do anything?!

On October 11, I went to Zara at McGill to return a sweater I bought just one week ago. Shockingly, the sweater stained on its own, and during the time it was in my closet, I noticed lint from the inside of the sweater was all over my other clothes—just awful quality. Naturally, I decided to return it because it was clearly a poorly made product. However, when the manager came to assist me, he didn’t help at all. He was very rude and impatient. It’s acceptable to politely and respectfully tell a customer that you can't accept a return, but acting rude is not. I’m disappointed in the time I wasted talking to that manager because it created a very bad experience for me, especially considering I shop at Zara every week! You should really reflect on your approach because the way you handle people is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.

Picked an item from the $29+ sale rack, only to discover they ring it up for $65.90. Their rationale was that it was priced at €29 and they mark it up because of import taxes, and the exchange rate. But then why is it in the $29+ rack?? It wasn't even on sale.
I asked the manager to honour the price advertised, but he's not in the business of customer service - he didn't even look at the receipt and said, "We have 20,000 items on the floor - it's impossible for us to retag everything in Canadian dollars."
Shady, lazy, and rude.
