Very friendly staff and great support from the coaches. I have and I recommend the Premium for does who have e no idea how to do the training and want to lose weight doing the classes available every day during the whole week.

The gym has improved a lot in the past few months. They ordered a bunch of new weights, cleanliness is better, lockers have been replaced and the AC works. Staff is also more friendly and helpful than previously. Shoutout to Kim for being there for a long time and continuing to provide great service.

Hello, my dad told me that World Gym is excellent, but I would like to know if this gym also has a pool like The World Gym in Longueuil
